DYNAGENE has two laboratories, one located in Seattle, Washington and the other located in Houston, Texas to better serve our rapidly expanding client base.

Dynagene provides full genetic and cytogenetic services seven days a week to referring physicians and laboratories throughout the United States quickly, conveniently and reliably. As genetic knowledge advances so does the capability to detect birth defects, disorders and susceptibility to certain diseases. Technology provides valuable information that helps establish proper methods of prevention and treatment and leads to the overall improvement of human health.

Result Reporting:

After careful microscopic and computer generated chromosome analysis, the results are reviewed by our Board Certified Directors. DYNAGENE results are promptly reported by fax or telephone. All abnormal results are telephoned to a designated contact by a DYNAGENE genetic counselor or director. Original reports follow by mail.

Convenience:
1.	Service 365 days a year: DYNAGENE offers our referral base 24 hour a day service, 7 days per week, including weekends and holidays. We know your workday is not 9-5, and that you need reliable genetic support around the clock.
2.	Prepaid transportation and shipping supplies: To help minimize the administrative work of our referral base , DYNAGENE provides pre-printed shipping airbills and transportation supplies. 3.	Billing- Customized to fit your needs: -Monthly- We can direct bill the physician's office or referring laboratory/hospital. If you would like to open an account with our laboratory please call DYNAGENE-Houston at (800) 543-1346 or DYNAGENE-Seattle at (800) 458-6836. -Individual Filing- We can file the patient's commercial insurance claim if the appropriate billing information is completed on the requisition forms and an authorization and referral form is submitted. -Payment in Full- Check, Cash, or Money Orders.
4.	Information Resources: -Patient Literature- We provide current, informative literature to help patients understand the facts about genetic diseases, tests and procedures. -Physician Literature- We provide our physicians with literature searches with any unusual abnormal results. We also provide important clinical information to assist the physician with the management of the patient. -In-service Presentations- Our Board Certified Medical Geneticists, Clinical Cytogeneticists and Genetic Counselors are available to give on-site professional education presentations. You may choose a topic from the variety of subjects depending on your interest and audience.
5.	Licensures and Accreditations: -DYNAGENE is fully licensed and accredited by CAP, CLIA, the states of NY, MD, and Medicaid certified. We participate in both CAP and NY proficiency testing. -Our professional staff is certified by the American Board of Medical Genetics in Medical Genetics, Molecular Genetics, Clinical Genetics and Clinical Cytogenetics. -Our technical staff is eligible for certification by the National Credentialing Agency.
